I recommend the following individuals as the department heads for the Town of Yorktown 2022:
Town Marshal - Shane Ginnan
Street Superintendent - Tim Caldwell
Water Superintendent - Wayne Studebaker
Waste Water Superintendent - Alan Neff
Additionally the Fire Association has recommend and I agree that David Boone should remain as Fire Chief and Chris Horner as Deputy Chief.
Lastly Mr. Murphy has indicated that he would like to turn over the Town Attorney Duties to Maura Hoff. We have worked with Ms. Hoff for the last couple of years and she has demonstrated that she is fully capable of helping staff and elected officials. I would recommend that the Town retain Defur Voran and appoint Maura Hoff as Town Attorney.
